As you can see from this array of pictures, we can automatically string various styles and sizes of folders. We have one of the largest trade capacities in North America for folding paper. Pharmaceutical pieces down to 5/8 of inch, clip seal shut, tip lid shut, multiple folds and then we do the tag stringing. So, if you have a folder, whatever size, weight or multiple panels give us a call. We most likely can fold it. We can most definitely “hangtag” it.
As you can see from these four pictures this is a highly unusual, folded piece. We had to die-cut, fold the piece, then “hangtag” string the product. It’s functional, simple to use, distinctive and something we do on a regular basis.
These two pictures show the process that we can produce in house that our hangtag competitors can’t. We can do extensive folding, and as you can see here, we cannot only do unusual complex hard to do folding, we can also take the same product and “tag string” it. Sometimes these folders are very fluffy. Bulky open edged. But we can take something as complexed as the picture here and “tag string” them.
